excessive weight gain

Hi, im concerned because i have already gained about 14 lbs and im only 15 weeks pregnant.  I have been super stressed most of my pregnancy: have been w my fiance for 5 months, getting married next week so i've had about 3 months to throw together a wedding, quit smoking when i found out i was pregnant and am trying to buy a house.  I want to slim down and get back in shape but am scared to start anything new while pregnant.  Any advice please????

It's not unusual to gain more weight in the beginning. I know a few ladies that gained the bulk of the baby weight in the beginning. If you can, take a walk every day. It will help with the stress and also fights baby bloat and fatigue.

Try to eat healthier. You probably don't want to lose weight while you are pregnant (depending on prepregnancy weight) but gaining too much weight isn't healthy either. Getting more exercise might help also. There are alot of books and websites that give some great tips like "what to expect when you're expecting" but talk to your doctor first.
