Dilated and effaced?

Anyone else dilated and effaced? How much and how far along are you?

I'm 37 wks, 4 days and as of my last appointment (almost a week ago) I was dilated to 2, 50% effaced.  Friday I'll find out if I've made and more progress -I'm hoping I have!

I'll be 37 wks tmr. I'm 100% effaced and only 1.5cm dilated as of last night. Hoping things start changing quickly. These contractions are miserable
