Pains in the abdomen?

Dear Mommies.
Does anyone faces any abdominal pains?
I'm confused. At times I'm confident that It's due to indigestion and sometimes its because I need to pass motion...  but it has been 2 days now and I feel the pains. Like gassy feeling + hunger + "menses cramp"...
My dear. I'm so confused.
I'm now at my 15weeks and 6 days.
No spotting anyway.

I have scar tissue on my insides where I had my appendix taken out, and it's been making me really sensitive even to the touch. My ob told me that the scar tissue would stretch and I'd be uncomfortable, but good gracious I didn't expect this.
So I understand your pain. Good luck!

Just like the other mom said,  it's ligament pain. Its awful. I've just been able to take tylenol and low heat setting on my heating pad. The babies are trying to make more room!

I freaked out when I felt abdominal pains at first.... My doc told me to take a tylonal and apply heat (I use a rice sock) and that it was round ligiment pain. Your stomach and muscles are getting stretched and at times its painful
