Stairs and Squats

Yes I'm walking up and dosh the stairs plus doing squats here and there to prepare my body for labour, anyone else have any tips or things your doing to prepare your bodies?

Everyone is giving great advice; my midwife and birthing class instructor suggested all theses. They are also great during the birthing process.

I was told to hills onto something and sway my hips like hula dancing, sit on a birthing ball, and lady in child's pose and move my hips in that position.

Lol thanks ladies! It's hard not to tire easily lol being pregnant hahaha laying in bed is exhausting because you can't get comfy and your flipping side to side.. lol.

Eat dates, brisk walks swinging from the hips, dance, stairs, squats, birthing ball etc. Just make sure not to wear yourself out. Good luck momma.

I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube of women dancing around just being goofy and their water broke lol.

I'm walking a lot and I started to do squats and they told me to sway my hips, I also heard dancing helps! Lol, I have 20 days left so let's see how it goes :) Goodluck to you!
