True labour or false?

I've been getting contractions which started of every 15 mins and now every 7mins but they aren't getting any strong amd have been having them for the past two hours. Is this labour or false labour. I'm a ftm so I have now idea what to expect.

It could be either at this point. If they get to 5 minutes or less together and stronger it's true labor if they begin to get inconsistent or no more stronger than its probably false labor.. But if you are unsure call your doctor the may want you checked out either way..

That's how mine started they were BH coming more often then usual and then later that night I went in because they hurt pretty bad and was told I was in early labor I had her a day after.
