I'm working out.. Cardio and weight lifting.... Never done yoga... Yoga sounds fun:)
I've done yoga at home for about 4 years now. It is the best thing mentally and physically. I am in my first pregnancy so I can't say too much about that. But I know on pinterest they have yoga guides for throughout your pregnancy maybe a free alternative to paying for classes.
With my 1st pregnancy I did a few classes, I felt it helped. Especially when the contractions came when I went into labor. I was 6 cm dilated and didn't even know! LOL! Learning how to breathe was helpful to me and learning ways and positions to get better rest. I would suggest going to a class where you can drop in and take the sessions as you want. Plus you want the right environment, such as small classes and a instructor who is patient. Good luck!

Haven't tried prenatal yoga but still go to regular yoga 2 times each week.
