I also touch the bottom of my foot on a cold surface (the wall ). My neighbor uses a smooth , cool stone that she keeps in her bed.

Same here i love my babyboy but being pregnant is not something i really enjoy, some people love it but im just like i really hate it. I cant wait til these months fly by to have him. & when i stretch my feet and legs when i wake up is normally when my Calf muscles tighten up which is weird...so i dont even both stretching my legs and feet.

I get them in my left calf. It hurts immensely!!! I have woke up from a deep sleep crying over it. It's funny how everyone tries to portray pregnancy as this beautiful thing. Dont get me wrong i am super happy about our little girl but pregnancy hasnt been anything like i was expecting. I feel like i missed the glowing,  radiant hair, and great nails.  Lol. I got stuck with nausea,  headaches, all over body aches, sciatica, and constipation.. oh well. I'm sure it will all be worth it when i get to hold her.

I get charlie horses in my leg all the time. Best thing to do is put your bare foot on a cold surface. It helps to relax the muscle and relieve the cramp.

I hate those so much. I haven't gotten them in years, until now-being pregnant.  Stretching before bed helps.
