help. vomiting...

I had a drs appt today and mentioned this and he didn't seem too concerned. I've been getting sick almost every time I eat lately.  I did have hyperemesis for the first half of my pregnancy and now it seems to be returning or something. I know I dont have food poisoning. It feels like my acid reflux and heartburn have gotten worse and there's just no room for food so my body rejects what doesn't fit. Anyone else experiencing this? It seems to wake me up at night mostly. I rarely feel hungry. When I eat finally maybe I'm eating too much and should try smaller meals? I don't know.. anyone know anything that works better for acid reflux than tums so I can try that first?

My nausea has returned with a vengeance. At my last sonogram at 36 weeks, the tech said baby was mashing into my stomach big time. She asked me how I could stand to eat anything!
My heartburn and indigestion are terrible too. I use cherry Maalox. I keep it on the fridge because it feels better going down when it's cold. I probably go through a bottle every 10 days. Don't get the peppermint flavor! It burns!
