can cyclogest progesterone pessaries actually delay a miscarriage

hiya im chloe i have had 4 previous miscarriages in a row in teh last 13-14 months..... im now pregnant again with number 5 ( DH and i found out on our honeymoon) im 11 weeks and 1 day pregnant we saw a heartbeat at 7 weeks 1 day .. it was the best tghing ever as we have never seen a heartbeat with any of the pregnancies apart from this one.. BUT.... i stopped feeling nauseas around 3-4 weeks ago.. my symptoms seem to be dissapearing over time.leaving me feeling fine. im so worried!!! i have purchased a home doppler but cant seem to find a heartbeat yet. im on 400mg cyclogest progesterone pessaries once daily and 75mg baby aspirin once daily and taking my pregnacare vitamins once daily also. MY question is.... can progesterone pessaries actually delay a miscarriage from taking place??? i am very prone to MISSED miscarriages im sooooo worried someone please help me feel better
i just want to feel pregnant!!! atleast that way i would know that things were ok

im not sure if this helps but i stopped feeling nauseous at around 10 weeks and i also started to feel more like myself again, less tired etc. i stressed to but theres not much you can do about it? as far as i know the pessaries dont do much after 9 weeks as the placenta takes over? you must be due for a scan soon? im going next fri and cant wait to check if everything is going alright down there. good luck!
