Update/ very close

I just had a check-up with the Dr (I'm 37 weeks, 5 days) I was having some pretty strong (not pain full, but uncomfortable) contractions yesterday that were only 5 minutes apart for 2 hours, I took a shower and they still did'nt go away, I was getting ready to go into the hospital when I started throwing up. well the throwing up slowed things down, I am still having fairly strong contractions about every 20 mintues or so. well they check me again today (I was almost 4cm last week) I am now 5cm dialated they told me if i go into the hospital the hospital will keep me at this point even if i am not in active labor since a 5cm it could go really quickly, they want me to keep a very close eye on contractions! DH gets of at 4pm I think I will either do a lot of walking tonight or in the mornign then go into the hospital either way I should have my baby soon! I'm so ready for her to come after being Dialated for sooo long!

I had my baby! Katiana (katy-ona) Kristina was born on Aug 13th at 8:38pm, she was 7lbs 8oz and 20 inches long (and she was 2 weeks early!)  I will write up my birth story and update more later!

Well?  Baby here yet?  Hope so... and I hope everything went smoothly.  All of the August babies are coming so exciting!!!

I can imagine how excited you must be! I know I was so excited when each day drew nearer and nearer to my c section date. Good luckand may your delivery be smooth!

Yay!! That's so comforting to know that things are progressing. I'm very excited for you. Please let us know how it all goes. Who knows, you might have your baby this week :-)
