My wife has also been peeing like crazy lol. I can imagine that it becomes quite an inconvenience. Everytime we get comfortable in bed it's time to go again. I have been trying to encourage her to keep hydrated despite the frequency.

Ah yes, one of the first signs of pregnancy for a lot of women. It'll pass sooner or later!....then it'll come back when baby is big enough to push on your bladder lol

I had the SAME thing happening last week and couldnt get any sleep which made my mood swings WAY WORSE.  Since then, I have learned that if I  force myself to SIP water SLOWLY all day long ... i dont need it so bad at night.  ESPECIALLY when I dont feel thirsty in the day time ... thats the MOST important time to keep sipping water to stay hydrated.

It's hard to even sip water when I feel so bloated during the day, however ... since doing this (and 86'ing all caffeine from my diet) I have never slept better my whole life.

Also, buy a few lemons, slice them into wedges, then FREEZE the wedges.  Everytime you fill up a cup with ice and water, throw a wedge in it also.  Its AMAZING!!!   (This is my pregnancy-spin-off of my original idea with freezing wine-soaked grapes and adding them to glasses of wine when serving ... but ... no more of wine-soaked grapes for me these days!!!  So ... frozen lemon wedges in ice water it is!!!!)
