diapers.. lol

So I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with cloth diapers?  I'm trying to decide if I want to start a stockpile or invest in cloth diapers. I'm a first time mom, however have dealt with hundreds of dirty diapers. Just curious I guess to see what's out there and if cloth is a good option.

I've already got my stockpile of diapers organized and ready to go.  With a couple packs of disposable just in case they're needed.
I got everything I needed for $100, I bought second hand. obviously WAY cheaper than disposable.  Even after detergent and water, waaaaay cheaper.  Add in good for environment, and better for baby?? Why wouldn't you want to at least try it, right??

I also decided to go the cloth diaper route. It's 10x cheaper then disposible and much better for the your baby. I had a little convincing to do with my husband but he is now on board after to countless hours of research and nonstop talking about it he realized it's in the best interest of our little guy. I just bought my first batch up all in one's from kawaii baby and only spent $179.00 on 24 very cute diapers and can't wait to get them delivered so I can prep them and be ready for when the little one arrives!  Do lots of research and good luck..

I'm using cloth nappies and have gone for a mixture of all in ones and two part systems.  I haven't used them before as I'm a FTM but I have so far found it to be much cheaper as I have enough nappies to last until my baby is potty trained with a couple of top ups if necessary. Mine cost £60 as I bought them 2nd hand but they had never been used by anyone just bought and forgotten about or changed their minds. I can't wait to use them as they and re so cute and rend feel much nicer. I did lots of research and sought lots of advice and online guidance before making a final decision but I will ensure, all being well, that I stick to it and honestly modern cloth nappies seem no harder or messier than disposables. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I use to work at a daycare and I hated even to change the baby dnt get me wrong I did but it was such a pain in the a** at that point I promised myself not to even think about getting cloth diapers but I ended up looking up the benefits and then realize that I made the best decision not to do cloth diapers I suggest u look it up the pros and cons and that would help:-)

make yourself a pros and con list will help you decide which one you would prefer to do as I find both of them lots of benefits I just find the disposable ones a lot easier when it comes time to clean up

I'm gonna try cloth daipers: totsbots bamboozle stretch. I've been researching a lot last weeks and almost all that use reusable daipers are super enthustiastic. Only the washing takes some extra work: in the beginning 3 machines extra each week, later on 2. But on the other hand, i wont have to go to the store so much to buy daipers, carry and store big boxes and have big trash bags full of daipers lying around... Main reason for me tho is that it's healthier for the baby's bottom: natural fabrics, no chemicals, usually less rash, breathes better...

I was gonna go the cloth diaper route but then my husbands grandma basically talked me out of it.   She just kept saying if u want ur life to consist of changing them and washing them be my guest but she think we should just do disposables....a lot easier and less a hassle
