Redness and warmth
FTM: I am currently 25 weeks. So I have noticed some redness around my nipples and it is warm to the touch. Has anyone else had this? Any idea what it is?
It's your milk ducts and such expanding to make way for their future use. Totally normal. BUT if you are leaking colostrum and it is yellow or green then it could possibly be an infection. But it really just sounds like your breasts are getting ready to do what they're made to do.
