Does any one have severe back pain

Does any one have severe back pain I'm 24 weeks and can hardly walk after doing my house work

Yes, I'm 23 weeks and have recently been getting really bad back pain.  I've been putting ice on it and it's been helping!

YES! I'm 24 weeks and was in so much pain that I needed assistance to walk. It was the lower left side of my back around my tail bone. The more I moved, the more I felt a very sharp pain in that spot. It hurt so bad that I cried.  I was told by my dr's office to alternate between putting a heating pad and ice pack on that spot. It has worked tremendously better than any meds I could've taken. This was on Thursday of last week. By Saturday, I felt so good that I was dancing at a family gathering and I'm still pain-free at the moment.  I hope that works for you… good luck!
