Smoothie King???
Does anyone know the do's and dont's with smoothie king?? I am almost 10 weeks and don't want to consume anything that will be bad. Thank you!!:)
I found out that if you go in there they have a list for you about which smoothies were approved for pregnancy!
I would look at ingredients. Some of the energy ones have lots of caffeine, some of the slim downs have a mix that is smoothie kings own blend that who knows what's in it. Fake sugars? Caffeine or other energy drink type ingredients?
I make my own at home with fruits and veggies and I have to add carnation instant breakfast mix
