pee on yourself?

So I was getting my hair washed and I thought she was throwing water on my leg and I raised up and noticed I peed on myself. I didn't even have to pee lol. I was so embarrassed but I laughed it off.

can you help me? i really want to pee my self but i cant and i cant wear diapers, any segestions because i really need help?

Every so often my sneezes make me pee myself. Or I'll feel like I have to go really bad and I get in there it is just a little trickle!

My baby has started moving around on my bladder lately so I have to go a lot more often. Once, while at work, I didn't even feel like I had to go but suddenly tinkled a bit in my pants. My friends who already have kids told me to get ready for the "peeing on yourself" stage. I hear hard laughter & sneezing can really trigger it.

Not like that, but i had the flu a few weeks ago, and sneezed so much and hard i lost a bit of urine regularly then. I also go from not having to go one min to having to run to the toilet next min or i 'd pee myself. I've started to wear hygienic pads (or how are they called in English?) almost daily, especially if i have to go out, just in case.
