Went from pain to nothing!

I'm 39 weeks and 1 day today. 80% effaced and 2cm dilated. Baby boy is head down. The last 2 weeks, I've had contractions, lower back pain, cramps, sleepy. I almost made a hospital trip twice thinking it was time but decided to wait. Now for the past 3 days I've felt completely normal. No pain or cramps or anything. Starting to feel like I'll be pregnant forever. Is the calm before the storm true about labor? Lol.

I totally understand. I went into L&D thinking that I was in labor my contractions were 5 minutes apart then they just stopped.

Yay! Good luck to you! I see Dr Thursday am. I'm just hoping everything is okay. Lol. I just randomly have felt calm and at ease lately. It's freaking me out after I've been in so much pain lately.

Oh my woke up thinking where did my pain go  too.  After i read ur post it freaked me out a bit lol the calm before the storm ahhh! 39 weeks today :) hope to see more post. Btw Good luck to you:)
