help!!!
i ate mackerel fish twice or 3 times during my pregnancy , starting from the second trimester... Although they are all well done, but i am scared to death if this might harmed my baby.. I am 40 weeks and 2 days pregnant and i am going to see my doctor after 2 days :( so i have to wait until i see him and ask him ... Do you ladies have any idea ???
Is mackerel bad while pregnant? I cannot even count how many time I ate them while I was pregnant, they are delicious. I gave birth 5 weeks ago and my Daugther is totally healthy.
