How's everyone doing on weight gain?

So I go to my u/s appointment yesterday and learn that I actually weigh less now than I did when I first got pregnant. My doctor was a little concerned about that since technically I should be weighing more. I haven't gotten sick to the point where I have to vomit, I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, I snack during the day if I feel low on energy, and I've increased my intake on milk. So what did he tell me to do?.....eat more. Really? I feel like I eat well now and have no clue how I could possibly add more to what I eat. It's not like I'm trying not to gain weight I just haven't.

How are the rest of you doing with your weight?

I have gained 33 pounds!  I am 27 weeks and 4 days. I did start out underweight and I am having twins, Dr. thinks I should weigh more by now though!  I can't eat anymore!

I've gained 11 pounds in 18 weeks with this pregnancy.  This is about where I was with pregnancy #2.  With my first pregnancy I had only gained 2 pounds by this point and my doctors were pretty worried because I was very slender to start with.  They told me to each more but I had a lot of trouble because of the nausea.   I find that I gain most of my weight in the 2nd half of the pregnancy so try not to be worried - there is still a long way to go!  I know for me it is hard to see the numbers go up but it is so worth it and it does come off afterwards with work.   I work out regularly when not pregnant and about 2 times a week the past month and that helps because I know my body is healthy.  Just remember your baby needs the nutritional support so eat healthy.  What to Expect has a good section on how many extra calories we should be consuming per day.  Don't stress too much is my thought!

I gained 4 pounds in  the first 15 weeks but I now think I lost two of those pounds but won't go to the Dr. for another 3 weeks so I might gain it back by then.  I know I am not eating enough on most days.  I have been stressed, ugh!  I am considered about 10 pounds overweight to begin with so I think I will be okay.  I eventually find out when I see the Dr.

As for me ive always had a issue with weight even not pregnant. As of my last doctor appointment, july 1, i had lost 2lbs putting my gain at 2lbs. My doctor was ok with that since i was considered obese pre-pregnancy. My scale at home says ive gained 1lb since then and im 19 weeks.

I am just over 17 weeks and I am very happy to say that so far I have lost some weight!
I like this because I gained 15 pounds with my last baby girl! She's only 10 months. I didnt have much time between to lose my baby weight!
So Im praying I dont gain too too much!
It is so much harder to lose the weight the more kids you have :-(
This is my 4th baby!
