Is it possible?

My wife and I found out she was pregnant at the of February and she was told she had a miscarriage then she came up pregnant and went to the doc at the end of march and was told they think she's 6 weeks well now she's 23 weeks and everyones says she's big for 23 weeks and the baby is alot bigger then he should be so my question is, is there any chance that the levels went back up and this could be the same baby we thought we miscarried?

Sure that seems quite possible. My cousin was told she had a miscarriage then started feeling the baby kicking and realized she didn't miscarry at all! I also had a friend a few years ago whose levels kept going up and down and did end up being able to carry the baby.

That said it is also possible that you guys are just going to have a "bigger" baby. Nothing wrong with that. My babes (this is my third) have all been big all along. I like 'em big and healthy - less problems:)

Did your wife have an ultrasound in the first trimester? The doctors say that dating is very accurate if done in that time frame...Me though I think we (medical community) know a whole lot about the body but there are plenty of things that cannot be fully explained. Basically, anything is possible imo.

The best to you and your wife!
