Breastfeeding

I haven't been producing enough milk how I used too when my son was born. What can I do to produce more milk?

My pediatrician said fenugreek pills also.  I get them from Amazon.  She also suggested brewers yeast.  There's also a tea call mothers milk but it's not as concentrated as the pills.  You can get the tea in stores or order from Amazon.

Lactare will also help you in producing more milk

Fenugreek pills. Oatmeal. Pumping every 2-3 hours. Especially for like 10minutes after your baby nurses. This will tell your body that you need more milk. But in the beginning your baby will just want to nurse alot. As long as they're gaining weight then you're probably making enough milk.
