I need answers lol

Am I the only one who thinks I do too much while I'm pregnant lol ? Everything I do , I feel like I'm hurting my baby ! When I bend over , when I'm laying down , when I use the bathroom , I just feel like I'm hurting him ! I feel like when he Kick more , that means he's uncomfortable!! I'm  31 weeks so he's pretty big now & I just feel like he doesn't have very much room anymore !! Am I just paranoid or ,
Is it possible that I could be hurting or squishing him?

I've been feeling like he doesn't have enough room for the past few weeks now, I don't think we're necessarily hurting them though because they still have plenty of amniotic fluid surrounding them and fusion but sometimes the way we sit for instance like you said on the toilet I lean all the way back instead of sitting up because I have a very short torso and he gets to kicking and stretching because i'm kind of squishing him into an uncomfortable position. I've been spending a lot more time standing walking and laying down because I don't want him to be uncomfortable but i'm pretty sure your baby is fine just take brakes on the occasion try to improve your posture and things like that because my little one hates when I sit all slouched and my giant boobs weigh down on my tummy he jlkicks and fights until I change my position. Hope this makes you feel a little bettee

I feel like I'm squishing him at times but I know I can't hurt him. Because of my restrictions I feel like I'm not doing enough at times. I get in trouble at work a lot for over doing it.
