Work.

Hello mommies. I have a question, so I'm 14 weeks today and I just got a job at a restaurant and I have to be on my feet for 5 hours straight. Unless it's slow I can sit for like 10 mins. I felt a pain on my lower stomach and back yesterday. Would that by any chance hurt my baby?

I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. It won't hurt you standing. I have back pain and leg pain a lot. Plus I have the growing uterus pain. It ***** working long shifts but I did it with my first and this time I have a harder job. I work in a warehouse where it's 100+ degrees right now.

Wow girl I give you props for that! I honestly don't think I'd be able to work a 12 hour shift. Back pain is the worst! Maybe I get it because I'm barely getting used to this job. Thank you for telling me all this :) I will check in with my doctor about that pain like you said. Hope all is well!

I work 12 hour shifts every weekend. I May sit for a couple of mins between patients. You could ask your doctor but I'd say all is well. Cramping could be from your growing uterus and back pains, well That's normal in pregnancy. I don't think I've missed a day of logging back pain since I found out I was pregnant. Lol.
