2nd Pregnancy and Braxton Hicks already?

So when I was about 13-14 wks, I started having small braxton hicks contractions. They aren't aweful, they just feel more like period cramps and my belly gets as hard as a basketball lol. But man, isn't it kinda early for it?? Has anyone else been getting these already?

Sorry! I was gone for a wedding all weekend!
Thank you though!!! I do try to stay hydrated. Everywhere I go I take one of those huge hospital mugs full of ice water with me and I drink from that at home lol. I don't get many and I see my OB on the 15th so I'll tell him about them then. I'm going to go take it easy tonight - DH and I danced last night (yeah, how low can a preggo go lol) and I just feel like I'm stretching in my low abdomen by my hip bones. Just kinda sore is all. But thank you again!!!!

Ditto, 18 weeks along and have been getting them for a few weeks now.  What a nuisance they are.

im gonna be 18weeks tomorrow..and i have been getting the contractions for almost 3weeks now..

YES!! I have been having them since 14 weeks (am now 18wks 4 days). . . They kind of freak me out sometimes.  But my doctor said as long as they are just occasionally through the day and not consistent 3-4 an hour, that it is fine.  I have gone in multiple times just to make sure and to check that my cervix is ok.  But so far everything has been fine.  So even though it seems early, as long as they are not coming in a pattern or super painful, you should be ok.  Did you ask your doctor about it?  And make sure you stay hydrated, I do notice when I don't drink enough water they are worse. . . Hope everything else is ok!!

I started having contraction the last few days abd I am 17 weeks.My dr is putting me back on progesterone shots :( I just got off last week.A;; my kids were born early so we have to make sure.
