viable pregnancy??

I went for a scan the other day to verify my dates and check for viability as i had some cramping, by my dates i should've been 7 weeks 5 days, but the baby measured at 6 weeks 4 days and its heart rate was 92bpm and stop start....2 beats nothing then 2 beats...and the yolk sac measured at 8mm which supposedly is twice the size it should be.....I'm no longer cramping but as i have to wait another 2-4 weeks for a follow up scan i am extremely anxious.  I need some answers as all i've been told is at the moment the pregnancy is viable but that the results given point to chromosome abnormalities and maybe miscarriage.  I've googled and come up with many answers. lots that i did not want to hear.  but now i need to know!! i am no longer cramping, have not bled at all and still feel pregnancy symptoms except for my normal very bad morning sickness which i haven't had at all this pregnancy.  Please help give me some answers

I knew that much. I'm just anxious.  I have 5 beautiful children already and this was to be our last.  I went to see the doctor again today and all he could say was the same thing i have already been told to just sit and wait.  I have been googling a lot and one thing the doctor did say was that the pregnancy was high in my uterus which could cause some discrepencies in measurements but the heart beat is still low.  Anxious, anxious, anxious.  3 weeks is a long time to wait.

I know that 92bpm is low.....its normally supposed to be in the 120-180 range.....

Just hang in there and wait it out...thats really all you can do.
