Hiatus

Hi ladies!! I just wanted to say sorry for being away for so long. Since having the girls on the 26th of December I have been back and forth to the nicu constantly. It has been the most draining (emotionally and physically) 16 days of my life. Thankfully the girls are doing excellent and are doing everything that they are suppose to. The requirements is for them to maintain their own body temp and be able to eat on their own (with no feeding tube). Both Taylor and Madison continue to make their mamma proud and surprise me everyday with their progress. Yesterday Taylor got to go home with us! She is such a perfect baby and it is so nice to have her around. Madison isnt far behind and I think she will only be a few weeks behind her sister. Taylor is already up to 4.15 lbs (born at 4.9) and Madison is 3.8 lbs (born at 2.11). I can't wait for my peanut Madison to come home so that our family can be complete.

Anyhoooooo...... I just wanted to let you gals know why i've been away for a bit. I will try and be better about coming on here more often. No sleep and all :)

Congratulations to your and your family! I hope that Madison comes home soon to join her sister!!! If you ever need to talk, I'm here! I know exactly what you're going through being at the hospital ALL the time & how emotionally & physically draining it can be.

Ashton was discharged yesterday & little Carly is still at the hospital because she's not feeding with a bottle full time yet.
