Major Anxiety

In need of some positive energy.  I'm 7 weeks today and my first appointment is on Friday. I miscarried in april and I keep having flashbacks of seeing my baby on ultrasound and being told the heart is no longer beating. I'm scared to death that I'm going to lose this one too. Just trying to keep myself together. My anxiety is through the roof.

Such a hard thing to go through isn't it? And I bet the ultrasound feels like its months away. That feeling of dread will never leave, but all you can do I guess is distract yourself from it. Each pregnancy is unique and fragile, nobody can say that it won't happen again, statistics show that 1 in 6 pregnancies end in miscarriage before 12 weeks, however if you let that control you it will take over your life. Breathe deep and think this is a different story, a different path, a different child.
