Ugh. Okay, first trimester has been a tough one I think. I was really nauseated and still am. I am 13wks and 3 days with natural twins. I have had horrible headaches, nausea, sore breasts, and really bad mood swings. It is really neat to see everyone so tight together with their babies. This is going to be fun!! Although, I have just reached my second trimester the only change I have now is being really tired and heartburn!! Seems like everything I eat disagrees with me :(

Best of luck through your pregnancies!!

Oh it's nice that there is a group of us expecting at roughly the same time.  Although it's not so nice that we're all feeling ill!  I'm actually feeling noticeably better today, so fingers crossed that continues...

I'm also planning on finding out the sex.  We didn't want to know the last time, but my doc let it slip.  This time I just don't have the patience to wait.  I have my 16-week scan next Tuesday, so I hope the baby cooperates.

Me, me, ME!  I"m about 13 weeks - the Medhelp tracker is 2 days off (behind) from what my first u/s indicated.

I'm still feeling nauseous, but it's starting to fade.  With DS, I didn't really throw up, just did a lot of gagging - and it was always in the morning.  This time around, the nausea has been more constant...and I've vomited several times.  Ah, the joy ;-)  I have been less tired this time around, though - energy isn't really a problem for me....which is good because I have a 2.5 year old to chase after! ;-)

All the best to everyone! :-)

I am 12 weeks and 2 days now and it has been a really rough 1st trimester.  I have had constant nausea, headaches, constipation, and extremely fatigued.  But since I hit 11 weeks the nausea has subsided but unfortuntaly the headaches are not so great.  I do not feel as tired.  Although, I have not felt so great, I still am sot thankful to be pregnant.  I am so excited to have another child since it has been 12 years since I had my first.  Good Luck to all of you and have a wonderful pregnancy.  God Bless.

I am 13 weeks and 5 days. My first trimester I was sick almost all day everyday, nut it is slowly starting to ease up. I went for another ultra sound on the 13th and they were just going to find the heartbeat with the doppler but the baby was moving so much that they couldn't get one but you could hear it kick the wand when she was chasing it around, so we went and had an ultra sound and they said no wonder they couldn't get a heartbeat because was everywhere, it even turned its head and looked at us and stuck its tounge out. Once again it started kicking the wand and they said it had a good kick on it and I have been feeling for the last week what feels like a a little nudge or poke in my lower stomach which they said could be the baby kicking and I can feel it.

Depending on which tracker I use, I am either 12 weeks 5 days or 13 weeks today. For me the first trimester was not too bad. I had a couple months of nausea in the afternoon, but if I ate then it went away immediately. I am really hoping that I get my energy back in the 2nd trimester though. I am very sleepy. If I don't nap in the afternoon then I fall asleep by 9.

The past few days my lower back has started hurting a little and I've been feeling a little crampy. I went for an u/s yesterday (part of the sequential screen) and all looked good so I'm not really worried about the cramping. The bean was moving a lot - twisting, somersaults, etc. - so I wonder if the mild cramping is the bean moving around?

Oh for those of you with headaches I've been using peppermint oil and I find it really helps.  You just dab a bit on your temples and massage it in.

I'm just about 15 weeks and this is the only pregnancy that I've actually vomited during.  With my son it was hideous acid reflux type feeling, but no nausea and with my daughter, it was nausea afternoons and super tired.  This one....I feel great for a day or 2 then hang over the sink for an hour then feel great again and by about 2pm I can hardly keep my eyes open but then lie awake half the night.  For about the last 3 weeks it's been horrid constant headaches.  My son's father (ex husband) made an interesting comment this morning saying tht I've really popped out (to about 20 week status) in the last 2 weeks and the headaches are probably transfer lower back pain adjusting to the new belly.  I must say, it's one thing he's probably right about!!

Hello there!

I'm 14wk 2d and would say that my first trimester has been pretty hard.  Round-the-clock nausea (although no vomiting, so I know I should count my blessings) and debilitating fatigue!  Oh and lots of feeling moody and moany (my poor husband!).  I really hope I start to feel more normal again soon.  I'm finding it much harder this pregnancy.  moan...moan...moan...!

But I should also add that I'm very happy to be pregnant!  I have my next scan at 16 weeks and I can't wait.  Are you both planning on finding out the sex of your babies?

Hi!! Well, Ill be 15 weeks on saturday..yay!! It seems to be flying by now!
The first trimester wasn't too bad...I only had 3 weeks of nausea, but the tiredness is unreal! I finally have some energy back this week and it is really nice!!

I'm glad you're nausea is going away!! I think I became less and less tired where I just stopped napping all together and was maybe just more tired in the evening.
