Anyone elses crotch hurt on occasion?

Sorry to be so to the point... I was wondering if anyone had any pain from "down there" ever so ofter. When I am in bed and I roll over or get up I get pain from down there. I just wasnt sure if this was normal or if I should ask the doctor about it this week. It has been going on for about a month now and drives me nuts becuase its so uncomfortable to roll over throughout the night.

I hear ya girl.. I had my IUD removed in July 2009, now it is the closing of 2010 and I am hoping I can survive the pain till 1/1/11. She is avail to come any day now- but I would feel bad for my family if I was in the hospital all weekend. My hubby's b-day is 12/23, Christmas 12/24, my dad's b-day 12/27 and 2 other family members on the 28th (but not as significant). I want her to have her own birthday- like I was adamit about my son's. He needs his own day and not a selected day- just cause I am tired of being pregnant. I think I am finally to the point of being tired of being pregnant- but I am still not trying to let it get to me.

The pain ***** YES, but I wanted this baby and need to hold out till the end and stick to my guns. I wanted a January baby and all I have to do is survive 12 more days.. but thankfully in 3 days I will have a new bed frame that will lift my bed to a way better level and soon after we're getting a better and new mattress set (ours is still under warranty!!). I cant not wait.

The bone on bone feeling is exactly what it is.  Your pelvic bone turns to liquid in the middle and it is rubbing together.  I remember that from my first pregnancy.  I've had the "kicked in the crotch with steel boots" feeling fro over a month and will be so glad when this is over.  It hurts to walk, roll over.....just plain move.  I am due in 17 days and would love to make it until New Years.  Christmas is only 5 days away! This year has gone by fast.  It seems like it was just yesterday when I went into my OB's office to get my IUD removed in January.

It is all too common.. I didnt start having pain until MarLea actually got her head into the pelvic bone. Now my hips hurt like hell, right now they are on fire. But I also get that feeling like I was just kicked in the crotch with steel toed boots. The pain is unbareable at times- but I only have 10days left till she is due and really hope to have her in 12. Anything past Christmas would be fantastic. So far I havent had any contractions, just lots of pressure and the pains down south.

I was told take a hot bath, tylonal and rest!! Easier said than done in my house.. lol

I have kind of a bone on bone grinding sensation which I think is the head. When I roll over it is very uncomfortable. I think it is all pretty normal. I also get a stabbing sensation in the cervix sometimes. That is no fun!

I have been having this same issue for over a month too.  Myne is real soar and I sometimes feel the same way about her falling out. It's just part of being pregnant.  Can't wait for it to be over.

Thanks for the advice! I wasnt sure if this was the same thing as pelvic pressure. I know the doc said that the girls are hanging down low so maybe that has something to do with it. Some days the pressure is so bad I feel like the babies are just going to fall right out onto the floor! I will definitely ask my doc about it on Wednesday and will let you know what he says.

I haven't experienced this myself, but a friend of mine has. Her Dr. told her the pain is  caused from pressure on her veins or nerves down there, something like that! He said it's quite normal. If I were you I would check with your Dr just to be safe. Hope it goes away soon :)
