Bright Red Blood

Hey ladies just hoping to get some opinions. I had a membrane sweep on Wednesday and lost my plug Wednesday night (It was chunky, brownish grey) and I've continued to have more moucus-y discharge, some with pink streaks to it. I thought it was no big deal, baby has been moving fine and the only pain I've had is period type cramps. Well tonight I had bright red blood come out on the toilet paper. My doctor said that it was normal on Wednesday,  but now that it's been a couple days is it concerning? If it continues I'll call the OB, but just curious for some opinions at this point.

I called my doctor and they said it was still the effects of the membrane sweep I had on Wednesday. He sounded rather confident I'd be in active labor within 24 hours. I started to believe him when I was up cramping until 4 am. But I woke up at 730 this morning and feel fine, other than being tired and nauseated. The bleeding stopped.
