HELP???

Went to labor and delivery tonight but I got sent home my contractions were only 8-9 minutes apart..I'm a first time mommy so I didn't know when I was having them any suggestions on how I can get things going???

No I haven't tried the epo but i woke up this morning cramping

I'm not sure, I did it for 2 hours with my pump but contractions stopped right when i stopped

Ive beeb trying nipple stimulation for awhile. Is there a certain amount of time u have to do it before ut works?

My Dr told me to do nipple stimulation to keep contractions going

Have u tried epo it git me dilated from 1cm one week and the next im a 2-3
