glucose test!!

Does anyone know if i can drink water before my glucose test they just told me not to eat but i forgot to ask if i can drink water????

My doctor said I could eat my normal meal and drink anything before my test as they want levels at there normal levels. I passed.

And I did drink water before I went in and I passed so it didn't affect anything..

Check with your doctor!!  I was allowed to have a small breakfast and to drink prior to drinking the drink.  Last time I remember I had to completely fast!!  This time I was told NOTHING after I drank the drink and NO ice!!  Plus this time I drank the drink at home vs at the doctor's.   It was nice not to have to wait around the doctor's office for 1 hour, I just had to make sure I was at the office 45 min after I drank it. (To allow for check in at the lab)

Yeah you can only drink water before your glucose test :)
