Im a Filipina and speaks Filipino, my husband is an Indian. We are both fluent and converse in English. So our little peanut is expected to learn 3 languages.

Hi, yeah, I am Croatian, lived in Italy also and now having a baby in France... (so Croatian, French, English, Italian) We will speak Croatian at home, he will certainly speak French, too...English will be there all the time as I use it a lot. I am only a bit sad cos I won't be able to teach him Italian. I am just afraid it's gonna be too much. If I were in Croatia I would definitely speak Italian at home, but in these circumstances I would be glad for him to be at least bilingual. I am choosing quality over quantity, I guess.

btw. If you have some info about the topic pls share. :) most of the things I found were about bilingual kids but there is not much on multilingual ones.

My mother tongue is Albanian, but I was raised in Germany, so I speak fluently German and learned English at school. My husband is American and from mother side Panamanian. So while I am eager to teach my baby German and Albanian, my mother-in-law will speak and teach him Spanish.
