Every morning 30 min before breakfast:  Half a cup of warm water in which you squeeze some lemon.

My OB said my probiotic suppliment I was taking prior to pregnancy was still ok to keep taking. So i have continued to take it and I am 9w 4d. I have still experienced mild constipation (miss one day a week), but other than that it is still a morning occurance.  I take florigen 3 for a probiotic.  It has freeze dried live cultures so you have to keep it in your fridge. My local home town pharmacy sells it. I also believe the amino energy suppliment I take that has 100 mg of caffine in one serving helps keep me regular. We are able to have up to 200mg caffine per day so this really helps me. Oh and i at least intake one gallon of water, but again I easily did this prior to getting pg. Hope this helps!

Lots of fiber and the ducolax light dose laxative is ok to take. They gave me a daily stool softener to take as well to prevent it. Hopefully it'll get better soon. I had my appendix taken out at 9 weeks pregnant and it wad really bad.
