Exercise

I'm 5 weeks in and wondering how much exercise is allowed. I want to do a little something a few days a week. Is anyone doing pregnancy exercises like special Yoga, Pilates, or just taking walks? I'm not trying to break a heavy sweat, just trying to keep good blood flow to help with muscle cramps. I have a video of 15 minute aerobics workouts (abs, ***, thighs, and arms). Would it be ok to choose one of these at a time to do few times a week?

My family and I go to the park and go on a walk every night.

Wow, I articulated that last bit poorly. My doctor said to stop if I get to a point of feeling dizzy/short of breath/overexerted. So your video involves light aerobics you are good.

As long as it is light to moderate aerobics, you should be fine. I'm not overweight and I have no health issues and I was told that during exercise I should max out my heart rate at 140. That being said, that's pretty low so my OB said as long as you don't feel short of breath or dizzy, your video should be okay.
