Heart beating fast
Hi everyone. My doctor told me my heart rate may go up since I am beating blood for both the baby and myself. Today though my heart is racing like crazy and I have been taking it easy for a couple hours now. Anyone else feeling this?
Thank you for your advice. I will bring it up at my next appointment. My heart rate is usually good at my appointments, has only raced a couple of times.
Try to count your heart rate and make sure it is regular but still mention it to the doc. Sometimes palpitations Can be an indicator of irregular heart beat which needs to be controlled. I am a cardiac nurse and I have taken care of pregnant women with this situation before! But again...if it's regular and even up to 120 which I have had before it might not be a big deal. Make sure you stay hydrated though.
Oh phew glad I wasn't the only one was going to call my doctor Monday because my heart would race so fast it was almost scary
