Pregnancy

Hi

I am married and my wife has been tested positive for pergnancy. She belongs to A1(-ve) blood group and I belongs to AB (+ve) group. I have two kids elder is boy(9 Years) and younger is girl (6 years), both of them by cesarean. During second birth my daughter had a problem and injected O -ve blood, she was premature baby on 2009, now she is OK.

I want to know what problems might occur and the steps to be taken care to avoid the problems during third delivery as she belong to A1(-ve).

Note: Recently when she tried to donate blood, Hospital doesn't accepted her blood, they told her blood was contaminated.
