what can I take for a cold

Hey July baby ladies,
I am 35 weeks today and have been so lucky up to this point.........but yesterday I got a bad cold and am wondering what I can take to feel better.   It's a stuffy/runny nose w/ sore throat, cough, headache.  It seems like your basic cold but I'm miserable.   Any ideas what I can safely take to ease the discomfort?

thanks!!

I second the 'sudafed' - It's on my 'safe' list of meds to take.  A pregnant woman I work wtih took it last week. I ended up with a sinus infection and took an antibiotic - augmentin (sp?) - 35 weeks and still going strong!
