Personal Question....How are you handling the maintanence "down there"

I'm about 33 1/2 weeks and can't even remember the last time I saw my privates lol!  I was always very anal about trimming and such but now I can't see a thing!  How are you ladies handling this?

not been able to see a thing with him so low no matter how I bend and turn and worse since he dropped. I never let myself go but this time I hate also to admit I have. I  thought about trimming but I doubt I will since I will go soon and it won't have time to get bad I guess. LOL I am hoping!! I do have a ladies trimmer that has a guard on it for length and that can be done without looking so that might be my option right now.

So funny this gets brought up today - I was in the shower this am and I had two previous sections - so I have a little indentation where the scar is and now my belly is bigger and kind of over laps the scar - I shave but I can not see at all - this am I had an us appointment so I wanted to be in good shape - I had my DH do it for me!!!  Too Funny!

I don't have much hair there either thanks to waxing and sugaring pre preggers thank God lol.  I guess I'll have to do my best with the mirror lol!

When I was pregnant I used a mirror like ashelen said,  would shave then check in the mirrror to see if i missed spots. That was with my 1st DS, now with my 2nd DS my DH did most of the work!!!LOL

I kept myself pretty clean-shaved (except for a small, well-trimmed patch) when I was pregnant with my DD by feel and the use of a mirror...this sounds so ridiculous but I would sit in the bathtub with my back against the wall and my legs hanging over the outside and shave by feel, check with the mirror...and do touch-ups as needed. I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't kept up with it this pregnancy....but it's starting to drive me nuts so I'm about to have to remedy that. At one point last pregnancy my DH helped me with it, and he was nervous but he did fine...he may have to help with this pregnancy because I'm carrying so low I honestly don't know if I'll be able to do what I did when pregnant with DD (I was carrying MUCH higher which made bending and stretching a lot easier).

But yeah...I would say do it by feel if you can and use a mirror to double-check :). I felt a lot better going into delivery knowing I was presentable...how vain is that?! LOL (I also have to add that I shaved everything ("down there", legs, and arms (I was a varsity swimmer in high school and that habit never left me)) when I was in early labor in the birthing-room bathtub...that's how anal retentive I am about not being hairy!

very carefully-hehe  I'm even more trimmed now because I can't see what I'm doing when I shave & then to take off too much- but I figure it will keep me clean for delivery. I want to be close to hair-free just in case I have stiches to take care of! tmi I know :)
