not sure how to tell
Im not sure how to tell if im having contractions. I have been having cramps and back pains for about 2 hrs. The pain is getting worse. i also keep getting cramps in my lower stomach and pelvis. Are these contractions.. how can i tell if i am having contractions??
Yea the cramps where coming while my back was hurting. It went away. So ill see if they come back.
Is ur stomach tightening during the cramps? If so, start timing them to see how regular they are..then call l & d, or ur doc, to see if u should go in!! :-)
