Second trimester leaking water

I'm 20 weeks 4 days pregnant....water bag leaked from 11 to 6 in a week,,,should I be concerned ?
Will I loose my baby?
Doctors I have seen in the ER seem cruel in saying I'm gonna loose the baby,,,just like that,,,should I get a second opinion,,,what do I do?

Thanks for the note!  So sorry about your membrane leakage.  I hope you can find a doctor (MFM, not ER doc) who's willing to treat you.  If it happens later I know they can do amnioinfusion, strict bed rest & maternal hydration... Not sure if it would work for your case which does sound severe... But I'd at least call around and see if someone's willing to try to treat you... Blessings for you ~~
