He Finally Arrived! !!!!
Our beautiful son Eliakim Judea-Anaru entered the world this morning. We are so besotted!!!
I woke up about 5 am this morning with contractions averaging 2-3 minutes apart. We left to go into L&D just after 8 got into delivery room at 8.45 and was already 7cm dilated. Had a natural drug free vaginal birth and he was born at 10.14am...weighed in at 8 lb 13oz and 57cms long!! Loads of hair too so that must be why I had terrible heartburn. My labour was hard and fast and he came out stargazing which took a little longer to push as well as the fact the gap between our last and him is nearly 6 years. I am so happy to have had him without being induced... tomorrow we would have been 40 weeks. Hubby and I are so over the moon and so are his big sisters.
