Missouri mommy, I think this is how my husband feels about me!   I never dreamed while dating about all of the issues money could present.  With us it is our first kid and I mean.... the kid needs a dresser and a crib!  Lol.  And I need a rocking chair to help soothe him.  So I put the dresser and diaper station on the registry.   So far we got the diaper station and we ordered thr crib and rocking chair.  Maybe some family members will chip in for the dresser for us!  I am sure you didn't yell at your husband but mine said to me what you said about needing to grow up.  How rude!   If I want to spend one paycheck on my little dumpling's crib.... I think it is good to have some money together and some separate!   :)  Sorry to hog up space on your post July blessing.  :)  Wishing everyone a happy and healthy pregnancy!   It is nice to be able to chat with you all!  :)

I put the brakes on spending money this year and you would think I took his toy away.  He is pouting.  He is cranky.  It puts a lot of guilt on me because I can clearly see all of the possible expenses coming up this year that we don't normally have.  It seems like every pregnancy I've had, he has made big purchases.  And this time I am trying to get him to wait. Our possible out of pocket for health insurance is $9500.  Baby comes in July.  I can't look into the future and say that there will be no complications. Why can't he be more cautious of needless spending and stop pouting like a little boy?  I'm so over it.

I think mine is stressed out.  Maybe that is part of what some of you are mentioning as well!  He says he isn't,  but he seems to be upset about every penny lately because I will be a stay at home mom for a while..... Meanwhile,  I have saved up from working all year!  Yesterday he yelled at me that one crib was "out of our budget" and I was just try I to have a rational conversation about it.  He never apologizes!  I feel disrespected to say the least.  He eats more ice cream and late at night sometimes.  Lol.  We women go through a lot.  I got yelled at for having crackers and blowing my nose in the night on a few occasions.   .....some women seem to get the guy who puts her on a pedestal and while I am independent, I feel like a little pampering could go a long way.  ( be mentioned and remembered time and again!)  And duh.... like I don't wake up from his snoring a few times a week.... Every week?!?!  A happy and healthy pregnancy for all!   Thanks for letting me vent!  :)  ;)  ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡

Yes! And I'm ready to choke him because I'm feeding off of it and I end up in a horrible mood and take it out on everyone else. Plus it starts arguments. We are on our 3rd and last baby and he does this every time, but I really feel that it gets worse every pregnancy.
