Long Night

Almost 36 weeks pregnant... On Thursday. Starting having terrible cramps yesterday and could hardly walk. Felt like a bowling ball sitting on my pelvis. Called L&D and thrybhad me go in to be hooked up and monitored. Stsrted having contractions going from 9 mins apart...to 3 mins apart..then back up to 5 mins apart. Was in there for 7 hours before being released. Have not dialated at all. Am I the only one that feels like being checked for dialation is like torture? Lol I swear it hurt so bad both times they did it. Now I am absolutely dreading labor because I am a huge baby.

It was terrible. They started getting bad so they thought it might be the real thing for a minute but when they checked for a second time and still no dialation they realized they would most likely die out. When I got up to use the restroom they got intense again but as I was laying they would fade.

You're not alone. I went to hospital with #2 for false labor and hated it. Kid #3 was almost born in parking lot cuz i didn't want it to be false labor.
