I did some review searches on amazon but I bought.... Shiva Reas parental yoga and 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates.
I've been so tired and nauseous that it's been really hard to motivate myself to go to the gym. If I'm up for it, I will do a moderate workout with light weights and 30 min on the elliptical. I'm trying to do prenatal yoga once a week and also will be trying an at home prenatal workout video. It's justt so hard to motivate! My midwife said that lots of women who are used to working out simply stop during their first trimester since they feel so bad. I'm ok with this as long as I can get back to it in the second semester. I'm so worried that I'm gaining too much weight in my middle already!
I plan to keep doing what I was doing before. Lift 3 x a week...cardio 2x week. Exercise is great for pregnancy. I really believe it helps you bounce back faster.
I'm a high risk so s.u.c.k.s for me cuz all I can do is light walk for 20 min or less. Lucky you guys.
I had my trainer at the gym make a pregnancy workout. It will be ok until 4 months and then she will modify it. I also do prenatal yoga from Adrienne on youtube. I'm waiting for Dr apt to do swimming because I usually get infections :s. No skiing this winter but it is more then worth it!
Waiting until my first appointment to hopefully get cleared to start jogging again! (Thursday!) Otherwise, I have been swimming a couple times, but being tired and a bit wary has turned me into a couch potato!
I'm so exhausted and nauseous all day I can't even exercise....I feel so trapped!
Awesome!
I have been looking into prenatal yoga ...what is the title of the series you purchased for the yoga and pilates?

I purchased a prenatal yoga and a prenatal pilates. I do it 3 times a week. I really like it so far. But I have only done prenatal yoga so far but I will be trying the other one soon!
