Its so depressing having a weird family who only comes around at thier convenience./: & having a deployed hubby to not be here with me.
So emotional & hormonal.
I'm 30 wks 69 days to go.
Thanks to my mom who helped with half of things with a lady doing everything
& thanks for a family member doing my invitation.
But going by myself.
Not how I imagined my first baby shower to be.

For those having one thrown for u and not worrying about paying for everything consider yourself blessed /: wish I had that.

End of rant sorry.
Just want my hubby home and baby here to be happy once again.

NAL I don't really have friends I mean I have two that I've kept in touch after high school but its that friendship where we don't talk unless we see each other and then catch up ? Weird but somehow works. My bff I understand she has 3 kids all under like 4 I think.
Pooh bear o fear the same especially with family drama . I expect at least hopefully like 30 people out of 60 invites. Keyword *hopefully* lol

Don't feel bad i had my babyshower last weekend and nobody showed up period except my one cousin who threw the shower and to make matters worse nobody wanted to come because nobody in my family likes her i felt that they was being real *** holes because it wasn't about her they should have came for my daughter and on top of that my cousin ended up keeping all of the gifts she bought so i just let her have it and she haven't heard back from me since i thanked her for throwing my babyshower

I was planing and paying for it all myself then people like my mom, my mother in law and my brother decided to help.  Its all been planed for tomorrow and I was just told through texts and face book that about half the guest are canceling. The part that bothers me is I don't care all that much about the gifts. I just want to see my friends before my son come out.

That is craziness!   Although I think to myself, if somehow my mom was not around, I don't know what would have gone on!  My in laws are scatting off to Hawaii and Europe so they could obviously not give a fat hairy crap about anything but themselves.   Lol!!!  My MIL literally said, "Oh.  I just wasn't even thinking of a shower!"  Ha.  She sent a few quilts.  She makes my husband pay back a loan to her that was given to him by her dad who has since died.... did I mention she charges interest?????  What a fine human being. Glad she doesn't live nearby!  I hope you have a beautiful shower.  Sorry I jumped in on the rant.  Some people are so clueless!   Thinking of you and your baby and hubby!  Hope he is home soon.  ♡☆♡☆♡

I am only having a shower because of my boss and co-workers. Thank goodness for them. Hubby's aunt is helping with food. My mom and sister might show up. Might.

I had asked a friend to plan mine for the last weekend of may...And she hasn't even invited people yet. She was just going to do a FB invite. It stresses me as I don't think she's going to do it. I wish she'd just let me know. She's been dodging my texts too.
Who knew Baby Showers could be so stressful! For me I think it'd be easier to do it myself :P
I hope yours goes well even though you're having a hard time with it!
