I'm 36+ weeks and I've had the same problem. My toes swell so much they look like sausage links and almost go numb. My blood pressure and all other bloodwork comes back normal. It's not uncommon at this point in pregnancy. Compression socks help me a lot during the day while I'm at work. When I get home I put my feet up and if it's really bad, I'll put an ice pack on each ankle and that helps too. Definitely need to increase your water intake 64oz+ daily minimum.

Compression socks helped me! I had preclampsia with my first. The weeks leading up to getting it in swelled so bad, even though blood work and urine came back normal. It got to the point that my feet felt like they were going to pop. The socks helped
