I have the same problem I have ask what can I do to everyone that will listen to me about how bad my feet hurt n not to mention I work almost 50 hours a week on my feet...all I keep hearing is that your pregnant n it is normal just put your feet up but that ain't helping
I'm 36+ weeks and I've had the same problem. My toes swell so much they look like sausage links and almost go numb. My blood pressure and all other bloodwork comes back normal. It's not uncommon at this point in pregnancy. Compression socks help me a lot during the day while I'm at work. When I get home I put my feet up and if it's really bad, I'll put an ice pack on each ankle and that helps too. Definitely need to increase your water intake 64oz+ daily minimum.
Compression socks helped me! I had preclampsia with my first. The weeks leading up to getting it in swelled so bad, even though blood work and urine came back normal. It got to the point that my feet felt like they were going to pop. The socks helped
I ended up swelling so bad that my leg went numb I went to the er and the doctor on call at the Ob checked me for preeclampsia just bc my mom had it with my sister and he told me to get a lot of rest and drink more water and absolutely no salt. They are going to keep an eye on me he said. I'm 30w and 3days as of right now
Hi drink plenty of water and cut back on salt!!
