Back pain
I am 17 weeks and am having lower back pain really bad. Every time lay on my back, or get up from laying on my back, I get a pinching pain.

I am 17 weeks also and i have exactly the same thing, which gets worse if i do a little too much,(which isnt alot at all)
Dont worry it is normal, just your body changing.
I am also getting alot of pain from a nerve in my back which sends shooting pains down my leg.
Its lovely isnt it!!

I had a terrible back pain too, I couldn't even move. it started at 8 weeks. Now I'm 10 weeks. (I'm actually due in July). Anyway, my back now feels better. I'm going to a chiropractor specialized in pregnancy. My doctor said it is save to see a chiropractor.
Good luck. Try to rest as much as possible.
