hi vacuumprincess - Im scheduled for the 13th June - I silently wished that the bleeding would be over and done with right after the "operation" as I realy do not like the idea of bleeing for 30 days plus

I had a c-section in 2002 and did not bleed as long as you. From the incision there was no bleeding. I will be having another one on 1 June. The doctor has not indicated any difference between this procedure and a vaginal birth as far a bleeding. I would talk to my doctor and see what exactly I am expecting.

pretty much if i remember right.  I had a c-section 6 yrs ago.  your body still has to shed all that excess blood whether it is from vaginal birth or not.  I would think vaginally, you MAY have a bit more if there is tearing or something, but that is a wound that the doc will take care of to stop.  the other blood is shedding....

When is your c -section schedulled?  mine is for June 3rd.
