leg pains

Just wondering if anyone is getting the same pains...just today I got up from the couch and got this crazy pain in my leg, on the inside right by my (for lack of a better term) crotch. It felt like I pulled something. It went away for a couple of hours and now it is back. It hurts so bad and it is hard to walk. I don't see my dr. Again until the 23rd. Is anyone getting the same pain? Could it be because my pelvis is trying to get ready for the baby?

Thanks all! It was hurting worse today and may feet were swelling up big time! Makes sense about the baby's head. Its getting really difficult to get out of bed at night to go to the bathroom.

Yeah i have the same pain if i have been sitting for awhile or trying to put pants on or even rolling over in bed i asked the doctor and he said its because his head is engaged so its right next to my bones thats why.

I started having the same pain last night..I'm not sure what it is either I just figured it was the baby settling into my pelvis causing pressure on my joints. I remember the same kind of pain with my first child just not as "sharp".

I haven't had that pain. I've only had leg cramps. If it's very painful then you should call your doctor. I have no idea what it could be.
